I have been back from DC for about a week. Many of you know I went to help out the Human Rights Compaign (HRC) in a lobbying effort to get support for the Local Law Enforcemment Hate Crimes Prevention Act. For the First time ever, hate crime legislation will include sexual orientation in the wording.
